ABDEL AZIZ ALI
Non-Executive Chairman
Abdel Aziz Ali currently serves as the Chairman of the Egyptian Agricultural Production Company. He has 38 years of experience across various industries, including healthcare, agriculture, fast-moving consumer goods, and financial services. Abdel Aziz co-founded various successful businesses in Egypt including Chipsy (later acquired by PepsiCo), Al Shorouk Hospital (later acquired by Abraaj Group), and Al-Masreyin Dairy (later acquired by Citadel Capital). He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Cairo University.

MOHSEN MAHGOUB
Vice Chairman and Managing Director
Mohsen Mahgoub has over 40 years of experience across various industries including healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, and financial services. He co-founded numerous successful businesses in Egypt including Chipsy (later acquired by PepsiCo), Al Shorouk Hospital (later acquired by Abraaj Group), Al-Masreyin Dairy (later acquired by Citadel Capital), and Incolease – Egypt’s largest leasing company. Moshen is the Chairman of the Arab International Investment Group, currently serves on the boards of Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt and Dar El Eyoun Hospital, and has sat on the boards of SAIB Bank and Incolease. Mohsen graduated from the Egyptian Military Academy in 1966.

Mahmoud Abdel Gawad is co-founder and co-CEO of Ibnsina Pharma overlooking commercial, operations, IT, quality assurance, and administration activities. Prior to founding Ibnsina Pharma, Mahmoud held several senior-executive positions at companies in Egypt and abroad; he has a proven executive-management track record spanning 28 years. Mahmoud holds an MBA as well as a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Cairo University.

Omar Abdel Gawad is co-founder and co-CEO of Ibnsina Pharma, having held a number of senior management positions overseeing the company’s marketing and sales activities over the past 18 years. His management scope includes sales, marketing, finance, and HR activities. Omar holds an MBA as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics from The American University in Cairo.

Mohamed Mahgoub is the Founder and Managing Director of Sky Supplies and has over 11 years of experience across multiple industries including financial services, consulting, and consumer products. He currently serves on the boards of Dar El Khebrah Consultancy and Mediterranean Securities Brokerage. Mohamed holds a bachelor’s in marketing and international business from Middlesex University.

MOHAMED ZAKI

Mohamed Zaki is currently a research analyst at the United Nations Migration Agency in Egypt and has over 10 years of experience in consulting and social services. Prior to that, he was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from The American University in Cairo and a master’s degree and PhD in social anthropology from The London School of Economics.

Independent Non-Executive Director
Dr. Sahar Nasr brings a wealth of expertise in investment strategies, economic development, and international cooperation following an illustrious career in public and private service, and her exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing sustainable economic growth align seamlessly with Ibnsina Pharma's vision and mission. Prior to her appointment, she served as Egypt’s Minister of Investments and International Cooperation where she made several strides in restructuring and reforming the Ministry such as the establishment of a unit for monitoring and evaluation and a policy development and strategic planning unit in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Official Development Assistance to Egypt. She also focused on strengthening Egypt’s ties with its existing international partners, as well as exploring new opportunities for cooperation, all through the establishment of mutually-beneficial partnerships. On the investment front, she played a pivotal role in promoting private sector development through improving the legal and regulatory framework and undertaking structural reforms, improving the business environment, boosting foreign direct investments.

Hoda Wally has 35 years of extensive experience in banking sector with Commercial International Bank ( CIB ) . She held different positions in CIB till heading the retail banking and the Woman banking. In 2010, Hoda started her entrepreneurship journey by founding the renowned chocolate brand “Choco Chocola” to introduce a luxury experience to chocolate lovers using only the finest, freshest and highest quality ingredients together with unique attention to details in order to offer a touch of elegance yet up to date recipes. Hoda served on the boards of different companies including El Sheikh Zayed Hospital and Experts for Food Industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from American University in Cairo (AUC).

They have also guided Ibnsina Pharma’s management team in formulating long-term strategies that have helped to solidify the company's financial position and increase its growth rate to double that of the market CAGR for the last six years. -

Chief Financial Officer
Momen Gomaa is currently the CFO of Ibnsina Pharma, overseeing strategic management of all financial activities including legal and risk analysis, treasury, accounting, budgeting, credit and external audit activities. He is an accomplished executive with over 19 years of experience in finance management. He is an important member of the leadership team that has transformed Ibnsina Pharma into a profit-making business that delivers outstanding financial and operational results. Momen holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Ain Shams University in Cairo.

HAZEM RASHWAN
Director of Sales
Hazem Rashwan is the current Director of Sales at Ibnsina Pharma, and is responsible for leading the company’s sales activities including retail, tele-sales, bulk sales, distribution, fleet maintenance, and tenders. He is a results-driven sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the pharma distribution field. Rashwan possesses in-depth knowledge of customers' needs, allowing him to meet and exceed customer expectations by providing an exceptional level of service. Rashwan holds an MBA from ESLSCA Business School, as well as a DBA From the Faculty of Commerce and Foreign Trade, Helwan University.

MOHAMED ADEL
CEO of Ramp Logistcs
Mohamed Adel currently serves as the CEO of Ramp Logistics, and brings to the table over 21 years of experience. He has a proven track record of successfully managing 3PL businesses specializing in pharmaceutical and cosmetics products. Over the course of his career he has managed the activities of 45 distribution centers serving over 40,000 retailers. Adel’s experience allows him to oversee the delivery of more than 25,000 orders per day, while consistently maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency. He excels in optimizing processes and streamlining operations, while simultaneously prioritizing the needs of customers and the overall success of the organizations he works with. Adel holds an MBA as well as a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Ain Shams University.

Director of Operations
Abdel-Ghafar Gamil is Ibnsina Pharma’s current Director of Operations, and brings to the table over 25 years of hands-on-experience. He is a seasoned professional who built his career working across various local, regional, and multinational institutions covering numerous fields. Gamil holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Ain Shams University, as well as a professional quality management certification from the American University in Cairo.

MOHAMED SHAWKY
Investor Relations and Corporate Communication Director
Mohamed Shawky has over 14 years of experience in investor relations as well as corporate and family governance. Prior to joining Ibinsina Pharma, he served as Head of Investor Relations at Mezzan Holding, Kuwait, where he established the company’s Investor Relations department and drafted and implemented its corporate governance framework. In 2017, Shakwy was nominated for Best Investor Relations Professional in Kuwait award by the Middle East Investor Relations Association. Before this, he served as Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Egyptian Resorts Company, where he oversaw the company’s IR program and advised the Board of Directors on corporate governance practices. Earlier in his career, Shawky served as Senior Investor Relations Executive at Raya Holdings and, before that, Senior Financial Analyst at the Cairo and Alexandrian Stock Exchanges. He is currently a part-time instructor at the Egyptian Institute of Directors. Shawky received his BA in economics from Cairo University and his MBA from Arab Academy for Science and Technology. He has also received a certification from the UK Investor Relations Society.

Commercial Director
Ahmed Samy is the current commercial Director of Ibnsina Pharma, and possesses over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a specific focus on commercial operations. At Ibnsina, Samy is responsible for leading the development of strategic supplier partnerships, a role which will see him work towards setting up mutually beneficial agreements alongside new partners. Samy holds a bachelor’s degree Commerce from Ain Shams University.

Ahmed Refaat is Ibnsina Pharma’s Human Resources Director, and has over 25 years of multi-industry experience in the field of human capital management and development. As Human Resources Director, Refaat strategically contributes to the exponential growth of Ibnsina through leading and developing people management process, initiatives, and activities for more than 7,500 employees across 86 geographic locations. Refaat has an exemplary academic background, he holds an MBA from the University of Columbus, Mississippi, as well as a number of certifications from some of the most renowned global organizations in areas such Organizational Design, Job Evaluation, and People Assessment.
